Intonia is a Pitch Recorder software designed to aid string players in visualizing intonation. It merges the functionalities of an electronic tuner and a digital recorder, storing the audio it captures and presenting pitch data on a dynamic graph. Users can select from three temperament options: Equal, Just, or Pythagorean.

While recording, the display graph scrolls continuously, representing pitch with varying trace colors. A white trace indicates correct tuning, while red signifies being sharp relative to the chosen scale and temperament, and blue denotes being flat.

The free version offers limited features, including one minute of sound storage and A=440 with equal temperament settings. Upgrading to the Pro version through an in-app purchase unlocks advanced functionalities:

• 'A' frequency adjustable between 400 and 499 Hz

• Ability to save, rename, delete audio files
